		Please notify TD in writing if you are withdrawing. This means writing
		"W/D" or "Withdraw" next to your name on pairing sheet. Violaters are 
		braking USCF Rule # 13G.  -Thank you 	
	
	USCF withdrawal rule #13G is:  
	Players who fail to appear for a tournament game, WILL BE fined! 
	The fine will be the amount of the tournament entry fee.
	They can't play in future NJSCF events until the fine is paid. 
	
	Several players have recently violated Rule #13G. 
	This is poor sportsmanship. The harm done to opponent is:
	1. It cheats a player out of a rated game for which they have paid;
	2. It lowers the player's tie-break points; (forfiets yeild zero TB pts)
	3. It may keep a player from winning a prize that was based on tie-breaks; 
	4. It forces a player to wait and delay their trip home.
