A chess player is sueing the USCF and the "Political Power broker", Bill Goichberg 
for systematically and unfairly keeping political opponents off the ballot. 
The seems to be true, the rules were recently changed by a three member 
committee. Commitee members were Bill Goichberg and two of his croneys. The new 
rules means that only a hand-picked Goichberg candidate can get on the ballot.
